Description

Replacement of roof with increased ridgeline height of 350mm. Installation of 3no. slimline conservation rooflights to rear roofslope. Submitted plans also illustrate changes already consented, comprising: construction of a first-floor side extension on northern side of dwelling with associated relocation of a previously approved extract unit; construction of basement with front light wells and roof lights to rear; construction of rear lower ground floor extension and rear upper ground floor conservatory; provision of landscaping; alterations to front portico and lower ground floor window openings; replacement of all remaining timber sash and casement windows with timber slimline double glazed units; installation of air extract acoustic louvre enclosures on flat roofs to north and south side extensions, replacing existing exposed extract ducts; provision of side extension to southern flank wall to house plant; provision of condenser unit housed in an acoustic enclosure, within front, southern light well; and replacment of front bow window with unit to match existing.
