Variation of condition nos. 2 (Compliance with approved drawings), 4 (Protection of trees), 6 (Protection of trees during construction - visits required), 7 (Hours of operation), 11 (Parking restriction), 12 (Traffic management) and 13 (Tree protection during construction - details required) of planning permission PP/23/08486, to allow changes for the 2025 Fair, which include: the reduction in footprint of the structure compared to the original permission and the relocation of some ancillary structures; maintaining the repositioning of the structure to the eastern portion of the South Grounds. By moving the structures further east they are further away from neighbours, thereby reducing impacts to residential amenity; a modest number (with a further six spaces proposed for 2025) of reduced mobility parking spaces, restricted to those who require them; and the repositioning of the majority of the generators and other plant equipment to the east of the main structure.
