Description

Replacement of flat roofs 1 and 2 on North-East side of station with liquid applied covering including upgrade of insulation. Replacement monopitch roof lights, clearance and remedial works/replacement of rainwater goods. Replacement guarding/edge protection and roof access (or removal and reinstatement of existing). Provision of paving or defined walkways as appropriate, for maintenance of services or other access requirements. Strip out redundant heating pipes, supports and redundant flues. Replacement of concrete stair with galvanised steel structure serving first floor. Replacement of concrete pavement lights with new glass walkable rooflights.
