Replacement and additional enhancement of architectural flood lighting to the Harrods Chimney on the roof. Replacement of the decommissioned lighting at the base of the chimney with LED flood lighting and additional fixtures to be used to provide an even illumination around the entire base of the chimney. New projector lighting is to be installed to frame and highlight the 'HARRODS' lettering to the 2 sides of the chimney (amended description)
