Raise party wall between 53 and 55/56 QGM. Lowering sill of south elevation window at ground floor level to create double French doors, increase window above at first floor level . Lower sill on east elevation to create glazed door. Replacement garage doors for bifolding doors with glazing above. Internal remodelling of ground and first and second floors. Increase width of garage.
