Non-material amendment to planning permission 25/04221 to revise all front and rear windows to margin-style double-glazed timber sash (white painted), reflecting the established character of the property and its neighbour No.5.; addition of a stone surround to first-floor side-wing window; introduction of a stone cornice at parapet level of the side wing, matching the detailing at No.5.; lower ground front entrance door revised to a traditional, solid timber panelled door; lower ground side door to the MEP room revised to a solid timber door with discreet louvres; and front steps balustrade: substitution of the solid wall with traditional iron railings in Victorian style
