Non-material amendment to planning permission Ref. PP/24/07747 dated 28th February 2025 ("Rebuilding two-storey rear extension; construction of single storey rear extension within enclosed courtyard; rebuilding north wing; construction of mansard roof with dormer windows on south wing; elevational alterations including replacement windows; installation of new windows and rooflights; replacement entrance gates") to amend the wording of condition 6 (conservation rooflights) to refer to the South wing as the location of the rooflights and hence read as follows: "Conservation rooflights:The rooflight(s) shall be of a traditional conservation type, flush with the roof and slim framed, with the two rooflights on the South wing as shown on drawing no. A-102 being obscurely glazed, and so maintained". .
