Description

Non-material amendment to planning permission 24/03521 (Extension of 4th floor penthouse flat onto rear terrace. Alterations to roof and replacement of glazing to front and rear) to allow: alterations to vertical glazing elements (on front and rear elevations); replacement of glazing on side of rear extension with solid wall, finished to match existing; revision to glazing on the rear elevation terrace as part of the design development; rationalisation of roof configuration above extension; 5th floor study windows to be combined into one single larger window; 5th floor extension area to be reduced; addition of new rooflight (not visible from street) to 5th floor study; eaves of the raised roof elements to be lowered by 150 mm; plant room enclosure to have 4 evenly spread double doors on the front (as opposed to 5 in original application); 5th floor balustrade to be retained, no longer removed.
