Non-material amendment to planning permission PP/19/06712 (Demolition and erection of mixed-use development (MAJOR APPLICATION)) to amend wording of Condition 4 (Travel Plan) to read as follows: Travel Plan - Details reserved. The nursery hereby approved shall not be occupied until a nursery travel plan has been submitted to, and approved in writing by, the local planning authority. The nursery travel plan shall be monitored and reviewed in accordance with any targets within the plan, and such record made available upon request by the local planning authority.
