Description

Installation of 2no. air condenser units in rear lightwell within enclosure and installation of 1no. air condenser unit within the front vault. Internal alterations including servicing runs for 10no. cooling units which will be integrated within existing joinery; proposed wine cellar in lower ground floor; enlargement of existing internal opening and creation of new opening to kitchen at upper ground floor level; addition of floor boxes to non-original entrance hall floor; addition of wall lights to rooms lacking functional lighting. Remedial works throughout lower ground floor to rectify rising damp issues; reconfiguration of master dressing room and store room to create storage for master bedroom.
