Description

Installation of new steps paved with York stone to provide access to lower ground floor at the front of the property. Two new window openings at rear elevation, 1no at ground and 1no first floor, with two-over-two, timber sash windows. Replace existing rear ground floor window with French doors. Enlarging existing rear window opening of rear wing. Closing of existing smaller window at first floor rear elevation of rear wing. Replacement of side windows of rear wing with timber sash windows. Excavation works at rear to form new patio and new steps to garden, paved with York stone. Internal works to include reinstatement of wall section between kitchen and staircase on ground floor, and removal of partition wall at rear wing.(The new door opening and French window were permitted under application LB/24/01783)
