Description

External works: Replacement of patent glazing over closed swimming pool with double-glazed patent glazing, like-for-like replacement of 2no. octagonal rooflights, upgraded glazing; removal of 2no. lanterns above changing rooms and roof infill and upgrade; replacement of an internal flat roof with waterproofing roof covering; temporary removal of existing plant and its reinstatement upon completion of rooflights removal. Internal works: Like-for like renewal of existing changing rooms, ceiling repairs, decoration throughout, glazing repairs, and various areas of making good.
