Variation of Condition 5 (Completion of remedial works) of listed building consent LB/23/05694 (Modifications to external fa?ades of built elements, including resolution of level 03 roof terrace above 1950s extension; secondary glazing proposals and associated fabric upgrade; internal alterations to general arrangement layouts; proposed demolition and replacement of the non-original ceilings; changes to third floor lead roof) for change of wording to The frieze within the front bay at first floor level (existing room 'R.01.04') shall be reinstated in accordance with the approved details, within 22 months of the date of this consent, and shall thereafter be maintained.
