Internal alterations comprising: Replacement barrel vaulted ceiling on ground floor of Zone E to match existing; Removal of sections of ground floor slab in Zones E2, Y and Z to create a double height space with formation of new brand spaces and partitions; Opening of new portals, removal and strengthening of columns and installation of two circular escalator halls and new brand lifts; Reinstatement of heritage-inspired ceilings of Zones E, E2, S2, Y and Z and new column capitals; Relocation of back of house facilities to sub-basement of Zone Y and transformer rooms to sub-basement of Zone Z; Removal of service ramp in Zones E and E2; Formation of new areas at sub-basement level in Zones E and E2 for installation of new goods lifts and in Zones E and Y for installation of a new services trench; and lowering of the lower ground floor slab in Zones E, E2 and Y and of sub-basement floor slab in Zone Y, and formation of escalator and lift pits. External alterations to Hans Road ground floor elevation including: Reinstatement and restoration of historic features to Doors 9 and 10 at Zone E2 including curved glass windows, high level clerestory windows and decorative tracery, period entrance doors, decorative mosaic floor (to Door 9) and addition of new awnings; Relocation of Door 9a at Zone E2 and replacement vitrine windows; Lowering of cills by one bay and replacement windows at Zones Y and Zone Z; Removal of plant at lower ground level at Zone Y; Removal of railings at Zone Z and extension of pavement to meet the building; Replacement Door 1 at Zone Z to match existing with extended steps and new handrails; Removal of entrance and windows at base of Coronation Tower and replacement with new vitrine displays and stone plinth to match existing; Replacement doors and metal panels to Hans Road Hoist Door at Zone S; and new platform lift installed to steps at Door 2 in Zone S
