Description

Removal of non-original cornicing and decorative ceiling features throughout and installation of cornices in two main front rooms; removal of non-original skirting and replacement with new skirting; removal of non-original internal doors and architraves and replacement with new doors and architraves; removal of non-original flooring and installation of new wood flooring with sound insulation throughout; removal of a non-original fireplace surround and installation of a replacement fireplace surround; removal of a door to Bedroom 01 (R04) and a small section of wall; retention of Cupboard 1 in Bedroom 01 and Cupboard 3 in Bedroom 02; reinstatement of shutters to windows W1, W2, W3 and W4. (Retrospective Application). Proposed new works are to reconfigure the flat's rear area: Relocation of kitchen into current dining room, to create an additional bedroom; reconfiguration of bathroom 02 to allow access to the new bedroom 03; and insertion of a new jib door between living room and new kitchen.
