Details required by Condition 3 (submission of details - a) Details of new lintel to ground-floor front window opening and making good works including stucco / render material composition and paint finish; b) Elevation (1:5), section (1:2) and moulding (1:1) detail of new ground-floor front window, including sample of glazing or details of supplier and methodology of works including making good. Window to be double hung sliding sash in white painted timber with through glazing bars, bevelled putty finish and no trickle vents; c) Reflected ceiling plans showing areas of retained and new cornice and retained and new lighting; d) Details showing proposed build-up of floors and walls for the bathrooms and shower rooms, to include retained / proposed walls, and surface covering, in section (1:5); e) Elevation (1:20) showing relationship with existing or new cornice and proposed shower enclosures; f) Details of all new internal doors, architraves, linings and fixings, in elevation (1:10), section (1:5) and mouldings (1:1) along with a plan clearly showing door locations and a schedule setting out locations and materials and finishes.
