Details required by Condition 3 (submission of details - a) Elevation (1:10) and section (1:5) drawings of new external and internal doors and architraves with details of mouldings in section (1:1). With the exception of the Crittall doors, new doors shall be made of solid timber and hand painted. Notwithstanding the approved drawings, new external doors shall have slimline double glazing (maximum 14mm thickness) with integral glazing bars and; b) Plan (1:10) and section (1:5) drawings of new rooflights) of planning permission PP/24/07497 dated 10th January 2025 (Alterations to front elevation, lightwell, rooflight and general internal refurbishment).
