Description

Removal of flat roof coverings down to original asphalt substrate across main flat roof areas, tank room roof, and pram/bin store roofs. Replacement with high-performance, single-ply membrane system, with additional insulation incorporated into roof build-up increasing finished roof level by up to 150mm.
