Sheet metal finish in natural earth tones, applied to fascia boards on both elevations and to corner structure. Corner reveal detail and double fascia of shopfront to be trimmed with stainless steel. Addition of non-illuminated fascia signage (3D lettering) to front and side elevations. Installation of 1no. illuminated projecting sign to south elevation.
