Description

Replacement of roof and increase ridgeline by 350mm to facilitate rooms in loft space with three rooflights to rear roofslope and one rooflight to northern roofslope. Submitted plans also illustrate changes already consented comprising the erection of a first-floor side extension on the northern side of the dwelling with the associated relocation of a previously approved extract unit, the construction of a basement with front light wells and roof lights to the rear: erection of rear lower ground floor extension and rear upper ground floor conservatory; provision of new landscaping; alterations to front portico and lower ground floor window openings; insertion of slim line conservation roof lights to rear main roof; all remaining timber sash and casement windows to be replaced with timber slimline double glazed units; air extract acoustic louvre enclosures on flat roofs to north and south side extensions replacing existing exposed extract ducts; provision of a side extension to the southern flank wall to house plant along with the provision of a condenser unit within an acoustic enclosure within the front, southern light well and the removal of the front bow window and replacement with a new bow window
