Description

Reinstatement of windows on front and rear facade with double glazed `6 over 6' timber framed sash windows. Works to front lightwell including removal of timber staircase; reinstatement of flagstone paving; replacement of UPVC cladding with lime render; and installation of chrome extract flue to serve boiler within vault. Replacement of roof slates with Welsh slates; re-dressing of UPVC front dormer in lead; and replacement of UPVC windows to front dormer with double glazed timber framed units. Introduction of 2no. dormers to rear mansard; and internal refurbishment.
