Description

1. Installation of street facing signage on side elevation that reads `The Mosaic Rooms' as 3D letters in stainless steel with black painted rim indirectly lit with external spike lights mounted on roof balustrade. 2. Works to rear courtyard including: rear terraced seating in rear courtyard to give better access between the terrace at first floor level and the ground floor courtyard; installation of a wheelchair lift from first floor to ground floor; hard and soft landscaping; creation of bicycle parking; replacement of street gate from Earls Court Road. 3. Works to the main building including: reconfiguration of rooms at first floor level to create one large Creative Learning Space; demolition of a rear-facing window to create enlarged door opening for new arrival space; new doorway from lower ground floor instead of a large window to access new concealed storage space; and provision of new bathrooms and access. ***WITHDRAWN***
