Description

Replacement of existing single glazed Crittall windows on front, rear and side elevations with 'steel look' thermally broken aluminium framed double glazed windows to match existing arrangement, with proposed glazing bars to replicate existing. Proposed frames to be white. No fenestration works proposed to ground floor commercial shop fronts. Installation of lead cappings to localised areas to include parapet walls and projecting stone details. Installation of privacy screen between Nos. 52 and 54 and gate to rear first floor terrace area. Installation of freestanding edge protection to perimeter of existing single glazed roof lantern light to rear of No. 52. Installation of freestanding edge protection to edge of a single storey flat roof at rear of No. 54.
