Description

Rearwards extension of masonry section of side wing of property at raised ground floor level (to match No. 86) with corresponding reduction in glazed element. Increase to height of front and rear parapets of side wing (to match height of porch). Installation of 1no. additional lantern within roof of side wing. Installation of painted metal railings around front lightwell. Reduction in size of previously consented lightwell grille. Replacement of previously approved rooflight to main roof with a traditional rectangular hipped lantern.
