Description

Alterations to fenestration on side and rear elevations. Removal of non-original front porch and reinstatement of front door. Replacement of balcony on rear elevation. Replacement of windows and doors throughout to improve their thermal performance. Reconstruction of roof to match original with extension of a section of the small pitched roof to match neighbouring property. Installation of conservation rooflights. Lowering of floor level of the lower ground floor internally and externally, and also the vaults. Works to straighten retaining adjacent wall.
