Description

Internal and external refurbishment of building. External works include: replacement of 3no. basement communal entrance doors and 1no. plant room door (to roof); repair (including masonry repair) and repainting of other external doors, windows, and gates, and other painted surfaces; replacement of plastic air vents; replacement of soil, vent and rainwater pipes. Internal works includes removal of asbestos, internal decorations, communal rewire, replacement flat entrance fire doors and communal fire doors, replacement floor coverings throughout.
