This Council is asked for its observations on an application submitted to the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham for: Temporary use of part the former 'Earls Court Exhibition Centre 2 site', for an operational period from 24 July until 4 November 2024, for community use and the temporary erection (not including installation and de-installation) of raised sandpits and sunshade sail along with lighting, refreshment concessions, outdoor seating areas, cycle parking and all other associated works with the temporary use
