Non-material amendment to planning permission PP/24/00878 (Change of use of existing retail unit to Class E at ground and lower ground floor level, including alterations to shopfront, installation of new ventilation duct in western lightwell to serve restaurant and associated works. External and internal alterations including subdivision of existing retail unit at lower ground and ground floor to three separate units to create two retail units and restaurant, and associated works) to relocate Unit 01 stairwell to the east side of former lighwell; relocate Unit 02 staircase further east; relocate lift at centre of Unit 01 stairwell; install ground floor partition wall between Units 01 and 02 to the east; install partition between Units 01 and 02 on lower ground floor with dog-leg arrangement; and, removal of wall on north side of lower ground floor.
