Non-material amendment to planning permission 24/03559 (Erection of single storey rear extension at ground floor level; provision of basement below part of the building with rear lightwells and fenestration alterations.) to alter the wording of condition 5 to read "for the duration of works, the tree(s) existing on the site at the date of this permission, with the exception of those identified as being removed (T001 and T002), shall be protected so as to prevent damage above and below ground, and no tree, except those identified as being removed (T001 and T002), shall be lopped, topped, or felled, or root pruned, without the prior written approval of the local planning authority." and also, to amend the second condition 5 (roof terrace) as noted on the decision note to be re-numbered to condition 10 (roof terrace) to avoid confusion.
