Non-material planning permission to PP/19/07210 allowed under appeal ref. APP/K5600/W/20/3253655 to amend the wording to Condition 3 to: The gym space identified on drawing 3185-A-1100 rev. L03 at the basement floor of the building approved under this permission shall not be used, at any time, for purposes other than a gym within part (e) of Class E of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 2020.'; and to allow design alterations to improve the appearance of the building including: to amend the single entrance from Kensington High Street for the gym and residential units into two separate entrances; internal ground floor rearrangements; provision of lift access for the gym; to increase in size of the cycle store on the ground floor from 7-14no. spaces to 28no. spaces; addition and adjustment of the GRC panels on the top floor; reduction of the number of rainwater pipes on the elevations; addition of posts to windows and balconies on front and rear elevations; amendments to the rear escape and access doors; addition of / revisions to the roof vents; and internal rearrangements to first, second, third and fourth floors
