PP/23/02474 dated 03rd October 2023, to amend the design of the timber sash windows that allows the lower sash to be fixed with obscured glazing, and the upper sash to be openable with clear glazing at the proposed garden elevation; to amend the design of the garden doors from timber bi-folding doors to aluminium French doors with window; the first floor windows will be obscured glazed and fixed-closed; to amend the sash window and front door joinery at Earls Walk elevation; and to amend the basement rooflight design from 2no. square rooflight units to 1no. 'pavement light' style rooflight unit comprised of glass blocks.
