Non-material amendment to planning permission 24/01305 (Alterations to ground floor Sloane Square faτade including infilling of undercroft and replacement of shopfront, windows and doors; one storey extension within existing service yard on Sedding Street; addition of two flues to rear elevation; works to buildings MEP equipment and service yard and other associated works) to allow the wording of the first sentence of Condition 3. to be amended from 'No development shall commence until...' to ''No construction work shall be undertaken on the relevant part of the development, until...' (full particulars of the following have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority and the development shall not be completed otherwise than in accordance with the details so approved: a) Materials to be used on the external faces of the building, including sample of the new shopfront framing and brickwork to infill; b) Samples panel of facing brick slips to rear flues, enclosures and ductwork showing the proposed colour, texture, face bond and pointing; c) Detail of the new shopfront, including a section, at a scale of 1:10; d) Sample of the railings; d) New external door to rear courtyard at a scale of 1:10.'), to avoid impacting the construction programme, and leaving the Site vacant until samples can be sourced.
