Description

Non-material amendment to ref. PP/23/04486 dated 28th April 2024 (Removal of single glazed timber sash windows and replacement with vertical sliding sash double-glazed timber windows, to match the existing fenestration) to replace windows in accordance with the previously granted permission, changing them to aluminium framed double-glazed sliding sash windows; door 2 is an external timber side addition, which hid window Type N (timber sliding sash) on rear elevation and door 3 on side elevation. Replace window type N in accordance with permission granted.
