Non-material amendment of planning permission PP/16/06360 (Variation of condition 2 (Major Application)) to amend wording of Condition 45 From: The development shall not be brought into use until the approved Remediation Method Statement has been carried out and a Verification Report in accordance with the following phases; Phase 1: East Yard Landscaping and KCB/KC3 Basements (KC1, KC2A, KC2B, KCLC, KCB, KC3 Basement), Phase 2: KC4 Basement and Phase 3: KC3 West Yard Landscaping confirming: (i) completion of these works; (ii) details of the remediation works carried out; (iii) results of any verification sampling, testing or monitoring including the analysis of any imported soil; (iv) classification of waste, its treatment, movement and disposal; (v) and the validation of gas membrane placement. has been submitted to, and approved in writing, by the local planning authority.
