Non-material amendment to planning permission 22/03514 (Variation of condition 2 (Compliance with approved drawings) 27 (Contamination - Site Investigation Scheme) 28 (Contamination - Site investigation and quantitative risk assessment) 29 (Contamination - Remediation method statement) of planning permission 21/02304 to condition 2 to reflect the new plans in order to implement the proposed changes, 27, 28 and 29 to allow for phased discharge of the conditions) to allow amendment of the wording of Condition 34 to exempt development within the refurbished Soane Stable Block, and to extend the point in time by which the Post Construction Review Certificate needs to be issued, to within 6 months following practical completion of the approved development. Current wording to be deleted and replaced with: 'The non-residential floorspace shall achieve a BREEAM rating of Excellent. A Post Construction Review Certificate certifying that a BREEAM rating of Excellent has been achieved shall be issued within 6 months following practical completion of the development.'
