Non-material amendment to planning permission PP/20/07076 (Works to be carried out to both towers: Installation of terracotta tile cladding. Replacement of residential windows and balcony doors with aluminium windows and doors to fit same openings. Replacement of balcony balustrades with stainless steel balustrades and posts. Replacement of pigeon deterrent. Replacement of communal windows, louvre ventilation and spandrel panels with aluminium windows at mid-landing and terracotta tiles in between. Installation of smoke shaft clad with terracotta tiles with grey painted steel shaft mounted over staircase roof. Lighting to roofs to be reviewed and if necessary updated. Replacement of lighting to all residential balconies with modern LED to match existing) to entails transition from current existing EPS combustible system (green colour) located on ground floor of both Adair and Hazlewood towers to new A1 non-combustible stone wool EWI system (grey colour) to match existing Terracotta Rainscreen cladding system.
