PP/22/00543 dated 08th April 2022 [Changes at roof level with the construction of single storey (fourth floor) extension on top; erection of rear extension from ground to fourth floor level to provide accessible lift and accessible building facilities; installation of windows at third floor and Photovoltaic panels on new roof; reconfiguration of rear yard with new landscaping, bike and refuse stores, electric vehicle charging points and accessible parking bays] to remove rear extension from previously approved scheme and to have new accessible lift internally in building, internal layout has been amended to allow for new WC's to fit within redesigned core, cycle store and pump room have been repositioned at ground level.
