Non-material amendment to planning permission 21/00457 to allow: 1. the scaling back of the clerestory roof on the east building, and the omission of the clerestory roof on the west building; 2. the retention of the 1st floor slab of the east building and the introduction of a spandrel panel within the glazing arrangement on the north elevation; 3. the amendment of the configuration of the basement but with the footprint area and volume of excavation remaining the same.
