Description

Variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) of listed building consent 23/04644 to allow the extension of the ground floor plinth to the north elevation of the church to accommodate a condenser unit relocated from the landscaped area to the north; elevations of the new extension are consistent with the designs shown on the previously approved landscaping plans; amendments to the landscaping to reflect the above changes; lowering of the approved undercroft; and changes to the internal floor finishes within the nave.
