Description

Provision of new male and female restrooms at lower ground floor level to cater to the Dining Hall at ground floor with access via existing fish stair which will be refurbished. The exposed brickwork currently painted and the glazed tiles will be retained and exposed as part of the proposal. Back of house kitchen on ground floor will be spilt into area one and two with new partition wall to create staircase lobby. Back of house areas on lower ground floor will be reconfigured to accommodate the new restrooms
