Description

Single storey basement extension including swimming pool with internal connection to existing basement. Demolition of infill at rear lower ground and ground floor levels, construction of part brick and part glazed replacement infill extension. Removal of security bars to lower ground floor front windows, replacement with frameless security glazing. Removal of spiral staircase at rear of No 43 and linking of upper ground floor terrace areas of Nos 42 and 43. Replacement front door. Alteration to fenestration at lower ground rear extension at No 42.
