Description

Replacement of lower ground front entrance canopy in lead. Recladding of front entrance landing in black and white tiles. Reconstruction of roof extension in slate, asphalt and lead with 4no. dormers to match existing. Installation of 2no. low profile access rooflights and 1no. traditional lantern to main roof. Re-construction of rear closet wing with 1no. additional storey and 1no. low profile rooflight behind parapet. Alterations to internal door openings in partitions. Reinstatement of period style chimneypieces. Lowering of floor level to lower ground front room and to front lightwell. Installation of tanking and replacement floor to front vaults. Reconstruction of single storey extension at rear, retaining party wall, with steel framed glazing and green roof. Alterations to rear garden landscaping including reconstruction of steps to lightwell, minor adjustments to paving surfaces and new garden water feature.
