Description

Update internal staircase solely relating to flat no 4. Staircase is to be removed and replaced with standard construction pine staircase, treads will be clad in oak and spindles and handrail will be softwood. Staircase will have a half-riser design to allow light into hallway from floor above and openings will be smaller than 100mm high, pine and softwood elements will be painted. We propose to change 5x sash windows of split-level property to like-for-like, slim line double glazed units.
