Description

Installation of damp proofing to basement floor only to include: installation of limecrete subfloor (containing an underfloor heating system) with foam glass (breathable) insulation beneath, laid over a geotextile membrane; lowering of earthen floors in front store, pantry, and bedroom 2; recording of historic stone slab and brick floor surfaces, to be reinstated following the installation of new limecrete floor slab; installation of ventilated dry lining system; and lime mortar repairs with breathable and salt resistant mineral paint finish in wine cellar.
