cleaning and repairs carried out on timber decking, refurbishment of stone paving which includes repointing - install of new limestone stackers. remove a section of paving stone to increase size of flower bed, remove all dead plants and replace with 1no. ancient olive tree, 3no. hydrangea, 5no Carex Icedance, 6no. Agapanthus, 3no Ilex Crenata. - Remove all dead plants from existing flower bed in planting zone 2 (illustrated in drawing "masterplan") and replace with 5no. x Ilex Crenata, 6no. Cerax Icedance, 4no. Agapanthus Blue and 3no. Trachyspermum jasminoides. - remove the existing timber fenching and install a slatted timber fence. Installation of outdoor BBQ area
