Details required by Condition 3 (submission of details - a) Notwithstanding approved drawings and following careful investigation, details of the extent and form of any alterations to the nib in the rear bedroom. It is important that any details should demonstrate that the cornice is supported and how this is to be achieved; b) Elevation (1:10) and section (1:5) drawings of new doors and architraves with details of mouldings in section (1:1) and a plan showing locations of new four panel hinged doors and four panel pocket doors.
