Details required by Condition 3 (submission of details - a) Notwithstanding approved drawings and following careful investigation, details of the extent and form of any alterations to the nib in the rear bedroom. It is important that any details should demonstrate that the cornice is supported and how this is to be achieved; b) Elevation (1:10) and section (1:5) drawings of new doors and architraves with details of mouldings in section (1:1) and a plan showing locations of new four panel hinged doors and four panel pocket doors. New doors shall be made of solid timber and hand painted; c) Details of existing and proposed floor build ups in section (1:5), showing retention of historic joists and floorboards where extant (which shall not be removed at any time during the works); d) Details of any new fitted joinery and skirtings, in elevation (1:10) and section (1:10) with further detail of skirting profile in section (1:1) of Listed Building consent LB/23/05976 (Refurbishment of modern bathroom, WC and kitchen. Creation of opening between kitchen and living room within blockwork wall, replacement of internal doors for 4 panel doors, three of them pocket doors and removal of structural remnant at rear)
