Details required by Condition 12 (Combustion Plant: Temporary Boiler) of planning permission PP/24/00097 (Excavation to facilitate laying of district heating pipe network. Construction of Warm Water Store to south of Kensington Leisure Centre, adjacent to Bomore Road, including internal and external lighting. Alterations to external appearance of existing Camelford Court boiler room to create a Renewable Boiler Room, including external wall insulation, balustrading, removal of existing chimney stack, signage, external lighting and replacement landscaping.
