Details required by part Condition 3(g) (Submission of details - balustrade) of listed building consent LB/23/05644 (Reconstruction and rear extension of slate-clad fifth floor mansard with 3no. lead-clad front dormers with `3 over 3' timber-framed sash windows, 3no. slim-profile timber-framed glazed French doors on rear elevation, and 2no. fixed conservation-type flat rooflights. Installation of slate-cladding to fourth floor mansard and replacement of 3no. `3 over 3' timber-framed single-glazed sash windows detailed to match existing.
