Details required by part Conditions 3 (Submission of details) and 4 (Submission of details - Notwithstanding consented drawings) of listed building consent 24/00959 (Basement: Relocate bedroom fireplace surround to 1st-floor living room and move 1st-floor fireplace to basement bedroom; close gap in lower basement with removable stud wall; erect dry stud wall for separation from lower basement stairs; create 100mm by 100mm ceiling opening for utility room extraction, connecting to existing ventilation pipes; retain current wood flooring; introduce new wall lights in basement areas via shallow chased cables, filled with lime plaster.
