Details required by condition 3 a, b, c, d and g (submission of details) of listed building consent 23/08495 (Creation of public entrance and wall on Thurloe Place. Erection of link lobby and glazed extension to rear of No. 1 Cromwell Place. Installation of sash window to No.1 Cromwell Place. Introduction of single door opening from Nos. 35-36 Thurloe Place into the courtyard. Creation of ancillary restaurant/bar at the ground floor of Nos. 4 and 5 Cromwell Place including the erection of a glazed extension to the rear and widening of the single entrance door. Creation of two openings to the dividing wall between Nos. 4 and 5 Cromwell Place. Installation of dumbwaiter and kitchen extract.
